You just have to find the box that mentions the offer & requests your phone number. It will tell you that you can get the heat protectant spray if you sign up for sms messages. Then just enter your phone number & go from there. I tried the regular way first, with the general sign up for sms messages. But I went to the text where I first signed up & sent “STOP”. Then I went back & put my number in the offer box that mentions the free spray. The offer box is the same color as the bottle of spray. Good Luck! Thank you! Super awesome find.

I figured out the problem. I wasn't being asked to provide a phone number. Clicking on the promo would take me to my text app and a message from Head Kandy but it had no option to text back with "y" or anything. I was getting super frustrated. Well, there IS a box to provide your phone #. However, it was cut off the screen (while using chrome browser on my phone). I only discovered this box after it occurred to me to tap Settings and check the *Desktop site" box. The result was a view of the FULL webpage, including the crucial box for phone #. I entered my number and ..... SUCCESS! Immediately received the opt-in text, then the text with the promo code. Thanks again for sharing this, Try Spree!🤗

Did not receive a text confirmation either. Extremely frustrating as it shows this promo on their website so its still valid.. for now. By the time support gets back to me, they'll probably be out of stock 😒 thanks anyway
